This 300-bed hospital serves faculty, students and community and is governed by the Ministry of Education. Adults and children receive care here through ambulatory care and in-patient services.

With a desire to build a separate operational Private Medical services for two years and then to transfer that center into the hands of their staff, KAAUH needed logistical, procedural, and systems help. Selat was able to engage swiftly, collaboratively, accurately and with measurably positive impacts. It was a unique project. KAAUH had no business premise from which to base operations, and our IT team needed to fully customize a wholly bespoke billing system that catered to the specifics of the client’s situation.

Selat established the department, made all the contracts user-ready, and calibrated the custom billing system ready for KAAUH handover. The results were excellent, with creating many business opportunities.
